Premium quality with original equipment air springs

ContiTech is a strong partner in the original equipment sector in North America – which is very much to the advantage of customers in the air springs aftermarket. They particularly benefit from the company’s development expertise. For example, the technology company delivers new solutions and also sets new trends again and again for air springs in commercial vehicles. The original equipment air springs then transfer seamlessly to the aftermarket product portfolio and meet the most stringent quality standards – in accordance with OEM specifications.

The air springs’ high material quality enables a 100-percent hermetic seal, and this is confirmed in independent tests. “The ContiTech air springs withstand even extreme operating temperatures ranging from –140°F to +140°F,” declares Product Manager Christian Tovar.

The quick availability is also a decisive additional benefit. ContiTech achieves its short delivery times thanks to having its own local production facility in the NAFTA region. In the plant in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, the technology company manufactures its premium air springs, primarily using raw materials and suppliers from the region. The significant benefit for the customers is that any destination in the NAFTA region can be reached within just a few days and supplied promptly.

The entire product portfolio for the NAFTA region is also available online via the ContiTech website. The printed version will follow shortly.
